Overseas Customs and Duty Charges
We are based in the UK. All overseas orders will be sent with customs declarations and may be liable for local customs taxes or import duties in the destination country, for which the buyer will be responsible for the payment of.
Please refer to the website of your National Tax Authority for more information about local costs in your region.
As of 1st July 2021, orders to the EU under the value of 20 euros ought not to incur any local customs or duty charges at their destination, though this is not something that we can at this stage make any guarantees about

Delivery and Returns
We aim to deliver goods within 14 working days, excepting bank and public holidays UK only.

Shortages / damaged goods must be notified within 72 hrs of delivery date for refund or exchange.

All goods remain the property of T.Fernandes Ltd until full payment is received.
Faulty goods or Wrong items
The customer must notify us within three days of the date of delivery. If any of the goods are faulty or are not as ordered we will then replace item as agreed and will be sent out with no extra charge. If a replacement is not possible a full refund will be given within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. T Fernandes Ltd will not accept any return items that have been damaged through misuse, accident or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within three days of date of receipt then we will not be liable for any items said to be damaged/faulty or incorrect on delivery.
Damaged Deliveries
If a package arrives in a damaged condition do not open it, but immediately ask the delivery firm to return the package and please inform us. Customers based outside of the UK Customers within EU and Worldwide have 7 days from the date of receipt to return goods if dissatisfied. If you do not inform us within the stated 7 days then we will not be liable for any items said to be damaged/faulty or incorrect on delivery.
Returned items
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately packaged . We also suggest that you obtain proof of postage either recorded/special delivery as when returning goods we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Allways include proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt)
